What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash (in any currency equivalent to USD).

Is Cash Accepted?

Yes. You may pay in cash using USD or equivalent foreign/local currency at the time of delivery.

Are Prices Fixed?

Prices may change based on supplier rates and availability. You’ll be informed of any updates before confirming the order.

Delivery & Logistics

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver across Colombo for free. Deliveries outside Colombo can be arranged for an additional fee.

Is There a Delivery Schedule?

Yes, deliveries are coordinated with your mission and carried out under Customs supervision.

What If My Order Is Damaged or Incomplete?

Report any issues immediately on the delivery note, signed by the mission, Customs officer, and our staff.

Stock & Returns

What If a Product Is Out of Stock?

You’ll be informed and offered a similar alternative or placed on backorder if possible.

Can I Return or Exchange Products?

Returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the product is damaged during delivery and documented at the time.

Eligibility & Verification

Do I Need MOFA Approval for Every Order?

Some orders may require MOFA clearance. Your representative will guide you based on your eligibility.

How Is Eligibility Verified?

We verify all accounts against the updated MOFA diplomatic list before processing any order.
