Who Can Place Orders?
Only accredited diplomatic missions and eligible diplomatic personnel listed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) may place orders.
How Do I Place an Order?
Orders must be placed through your assigned customer service representative with approval from the Head of Mission or authorized delegate.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept cash (in any currency equivalent to USD), as well as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via POS on delivery.
Where Do You Deliver?
We provide free delivery within Colombo city. Deliveries outside Colombo are available with an additional charge and advance scheduling.
Can I Request Specific Products Not in the Catalogue?
Yes. Contact your representative for special requests. We’ll do our best to source them based on availability and approval.
