1. Eligibility

Our products are available exclusively to entitled diplomatic personnel and diplomatic missions based in Sri Lanka. Orders are only accepted from individuals or entities verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

You must be 21 years or older to access or use this website.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, a valid account must be created through our customer service representatives. Verification will be based on the official diplomatic list issued by the Sri Lankan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

We reserve the right to deny or suspend access to individuals not eligible under diplomatic regulations.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability may vary and is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed by our team.

If a product is out of stock, your representative will suggest a suitable alternative or provide a backorder update.

4. Ordering & Approval

All orders must be submitted through your assigned representative and approved by the Head of Mission or an authorized delegate. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once approved and dispatched.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made under Sri Lanka Customs supervision to diplomatic missions within Colombo city at no additional cost. Deliveries outside Colombo may incur an additional fee.

You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery. Any damage or shortage must be recorded on the delivery note and signed by:

• Mission Representative

• Customs Officer

• Our Delivery Officer

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made on delivery using one of the following methods:

• Cash (any currency equivalent to USD total)

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Our delivery officers carry a mobile POS terminal for card payments.

7. Age Restriction & Responsible Use

By using this website and purchasing our products, you confirm you are of legal age and understand that liquor and tobacco are intended for responsible consumption by adults only.

We do not promote excessive or illegal consumption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rajan Umayal (Pvt) Ltd and may not be reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rajan Umayal (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from:

• Misuse of our products

• Delays due to Customs or MOFA approvals

• Inaccurate product descriptions or stock discrepancies

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
